With a broad smile on our faces and full of anticipation, we welcome the new cycling year 2024! For us at Colonia Aktiv, 2023 was already full of unforgettable moments and inspiring encounters! Since 2014, we have been proud to show you the beauty of Cologne and Bonn on two wheels, and that’s why we want to review the past with you and look forward to the future full of good New Year’s resolutions and joy!
Last year, we welcomed more cyclists from different parts of the world on our guided bike tours through Cologne than ever before! Together we visited charming places and exchanged cultural habits. We even had the pleasure of taking Charlie (@charlieonthemove) and the Fahrradrabauken, Henrik and Bastian, on a ride through the street art jungle! The variety of people who shared their enthusiasm and openness with us made our tours something unique! A huge thank you for that! Because together we have not only logged kilometers, but also made memories that will stay with us for a long time to come. It is our guests, YOU, who make our tours and our experiences so special and unforgettable!
What to expect in 2024?
At the end of last year, we naturally started thinking about our New Year’s resolutions and made the most of January to tackle them straight away. In early January, we turned our shop completely upside down and spruced it up for you! Our office has also been redesigned and is gradually taking shape! From here we can offer you our usual comprehensive service for planning your bike tour! Our Colonia Aktiv piglet is also getting to know its new surroundings and has already made a friend or two! Haha!!!

With great enthusiasm and a positive outlook for the new year, the Colonia Aktiv Team has something very special and new in store for our cycling enthusiasts in 2024: new e-bike tours await you, offering even more variety and diversity!
And all in a relaxed manner, supported by e-bike power! Now our guests not only have the choice between our Fascination Cologne and Street Art tours, but can also look forward to discovering previously unknown corners and familiar places on our “Panorama” e-bike-only tour, which shine in a new light thanks to our guided bike tours!

Our guided bike tours are more than just activity – at Colonia Aktiv, the focus is not only on having fun and enjoying some exercise, but also on Cologne’s culture and, last but not least, its culinary delights: Before you start your tour, you can, for example, kick-start your day with a delicious espresso across the road at “Jlöcklich” and after the tour, our “local expert” guides can provide you with tips for snacks, refreshments and food to recharge your batteries after your relaxed bike tour through Cologne. There’s something for everyone – from traditional Kölsch to hip street food!
