Meeting point and route
Unless agreed otherwise, all our tours start in front of our shop at Gereonswall 2-4, next to the Eigelstein gate. You can find directions here.

Our tours follow a carefully chosen route to fit the content theme of the tour. Every tour is different, depending on the guide, time of year, weather, construction sites, guest interests or similar factors. You can be assured that each of our guided bicycle sightseeing tours is designed to provide you with a wonderful and unforgettable leisure experience.

Weather Conditions
We organize our bike tours in the open air and recommend that our guests wear clothes that are appropriate for the current weather.  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a constant good weather, but the experience of recent years has shown that there are only very few weather conditions in Cologne that reduce the experience of our tours or make them impossible. With the optional provision of rainwear, we can also face spontaneous showers and always have the option of adapting the tour route to the weather conditions. If there is a severe weather warning from the German Weather Service, we will be happy to rebook you to another date or cancel your booking free of charge. If the weather should be too uncomfortable for you, don’t hesitate to contact us. We are going to find a solution. Please refer to our terms and conditions (link terms and conditions) for our exact cancellation rules.
Safety and behaviour in traffic
The safety of our guests has the highest priority. Our high-quality bicycles are checked regularly and have both back-pedal and rim brakes. The bikes are well lit and exceed the applicable safety requirements. A bicycle helmet can be provided free of charge on request.

Our bike tours move along selected bike paths and are accompanied by experienced guides. Despite all precautions, we ask you to drive carefully and refrain from excessive alcohol consumption.

In a big city like Cologne, special attention is required in road traffic. Compliance with the traffic rules in connection with a careful cycling style should generally enable safe participation in road traffic.

Environmental protection
Get to know the city in an environmentally conscious way. We firmly believe in the bicycle as an urban means of mass transport and with our presence on the streets of Cologne we make a demonstrative contribution to climate protection and to rethink urban and traffic planning.
